人とのインタラクションするきっかけを増やすこともイノベーションの鍵。ピクサーのスタジオはスティーブ・ジョブスのアイデアが盛り込まれており、お手洗いを建物の中心に配置することで人々が出会うきっかけを増やしているのだとか
様々な分野の人が相互学習出来るようにする
スタジオ内に幾つかクラスを設けて、誰でも専門知識が得れるようにしている
悪い繋がりは取り払うこと
表では無難に済ませて裏で陰口を叩いたりしている人はすぐに切ること
お金がフォーカスであってはならない
金稼ぎのために映画を作るのではなく、よい映画をつくるためにお金をつくる
